While practising Pilates 2 to 4 times a week is ideal, it might not always be financially or time feasible. Incorporating a mix of different Pilates sessions can be a great way to balance this. Doing a 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 session weekly provides the personalised guidance that brings the most benefits and supplementing this with group Zoom classes for additional instruction and motivation can work for those who cannot come to the Studio more than once per week. This will allow you to build a strong foundation and make consistent progress, helping you to achieve your fitness goals while making Pilates accessible and sustainable.
